It finally happened. After a full month of successfully keeping all puppy destruction under control, Bella found an item of value. The great "Gaga" was the first to brave the destructive powers of the Great Dane puppy jaws. "Gaga" is Drew's sleepy pal. Such treasured items as the children's sleepy pals are usually kept under lock and key when we are out of the house. But on this fateful night, somehow "Gaga" was left on the back of the couch next to Bella's crate. His arm was pulled through the crate bars and severely disfigured. He came through reconstructive surgery and has been able to resume his duties in Drew's crib with little to no drama, just the occasional "Uh-oh" from Drew as he points to the pathetic stub that remains where "Gaga's" right arm used to be. We were lucky, this time...
